2. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge, including soft testing participants.
The Platform is only for users aged 18 and over.

4. Conversation content
Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge is designed for live human conversation.
During soft testing, conversation content may be processed only where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, support safety, respond to reports, troubleshoot technical issues, or improve the user experience.
We do not sell conversation content.
We do not use conversation content for advertising.
We do not intend to record, publish, or share private user conversations without consent, unless required by law or necessary for safety, security, or legal reasons.
Users must not record, screenshot, share, publish, or distribute another user’s conversation, image, voice, profile, or personal information without that user’s clear consent.

We use personal information to:
- operate the Platform
- provide access to lounge sessions
- connect users during sessions
- respond to enquiries
- send soft testing updates
- monitor security and platform performance
- investigate reports, misuse, safety concerns, or technical issues
- improve the Platform during development

We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including:
- Google Firebase
- Squarespace
- Google Workspace
