1. About the Platform
Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge is a digital platform for genuine human conversation.
It is not a dating app, not a social media platform, not a therapy service, and not a mental health or crisis support service.
The Platform is designed as a calm digital lounge for live human connection and conversation.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or over to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We may refuse, suspend, or remove access if we believe a user is under 18 or has provided false information.
4. Soft testing and development stage
The Platform is currently in development and may be used for soft testing.
Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, interrupted, or removed at any time.
Access may be modified, paused, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time during soft testing.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or permanently available.
5. User conduct
You agree to use the Platform respectfully, safely, and lawfully.
You must not:
- harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or bully another user
- share offensive, illegal, harmful, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or exploitative content
- use the Platform for advertising, promotion, spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
- impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information
- use the Platform for romantic, sexual, or aggressive solicitation
- pressure another user to continue a conversation
- request money, gifts, private financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal details from another user
- record, screenshot, publish, share, or distribute another user’s conversation, image, voice, profile, or personal information without clear consent
- attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform
- use the Platform in a way that breaches any law or violates another person’s rights
6. No guarantee of user behaviour
Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge is a user-to-user conversation platform.
We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, behaviour, or conduct of any user.
Users are responsible for their own interactions, decisions, and the personal information they choose to share.
You should use judgment and caution when interacting with others online.
7. Reporting, moderation, and removal
We may review reports of inappropriate conduct, misuse, safety concerns, or breaches of these Terms.
We may warn, suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently ban users at our discretion.
We may remove content, restrict access, or take other action where we consider it necessary for safety, security, legal, operational, or brand protection reasons.
During soft testing, moderation systems may be limited or still in development.
8. Mental health and crisis disclaimer
Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge is not a mental health service, therapy service, counselling service, medical service, or crisis support service.
The Platform is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or emergency support.
If you are in crisis, unsafe, or at risk of harm, you should contact emergency services or a qualified professional in your country.

9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you agree that we may collect, use, process, and store information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Coffee With Me™, Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge, associated names, branding, designs, concepts, copy, platform elements, and related intellectual property belong to Global Lounge Holdings Pty Ltd or its licensors.
All rights are reserved.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, imitate, or use our branding, content, platform design, or intellectual property without written permission.
11. User feedback
If you provide comments, ideas, suggestions, feedback, or testing notes about the Platform, you agree that Global Lounge Holdings Pty Ltd may use that feedback to improve, develop, modify, or commercialise the Platform without owing compensation to you.
12. Service availability
We may update, change, pause, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
We are not responsible for delays, outages, technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet issues, hosting services, maintenance, security concerns, or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Lounge Holdings Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from or connected to your use of the Platform.
This includes loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, reputational damage, emotional distress, user conduct, service interruptions, or technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
14. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense suffered by Global Lounge Holdings Pty Ltd arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or violation of another person’s rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, created safety concerns, misused the Platform, or acted in a way that may harm users, the Platform, or the Coffee With Me™ Global Lounge brand.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform develops.
The latest version will be published on our website or made available to users.
Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
The parties submit to the courts of South Australia and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
